[Klug-general] Keyring

Hello All
 After finally managing to get my wireless connection working, I now get a
message "Keyring failed to open on boot" or words to that effect.
   It then asks for my password after which it is happy. I am wondering if
my security is compromised, or what is going on? I suspect it is
connected with the WiFi.
 I eventually used Ndiswrapper to install the driver as the (linux) one
supplied on the accompanying disk would not compile.
   Suggestions/remedies Please
