[Klug-general] Network Emulation Presentation for the nation

Smoothwall is good, but the open source version is severely hampered (well it is for me, I've got approaching 120 IPs at home) - same with Astaro.  IPCop hasn't been updated for ages.

I know it's BSD-based, but I've found pfSense one of the best.
