[Klug-general] Virtual slow down

G'morning all,
Last week I upgraded my Virtualbox to ver 4.0.2 as advised by Oracle. 
Since then things have seriously slowed up - especially shared folder 
access to the Linux files.

Anyone else had this experience? Or could it be I also upgraded KDE to 
ver 4.5.5 at about the same time.

Neither is a crippling problem, but it's all a bit of a disappointment. 
Especially as I can't recover VBox to the earlier version now.

Ho well....
