[Klug-general] Improving KLUG Meetings

Everyone's opinion is valid and worthwhile.
My intention is not really to make something formal or informal however,
some prefer the former and some prefer the latter. The idea is the
community being to facilitate that. And really, what people want and
what can be achieved.
