Stay in the left hand lane.

At the next roundabout take the first exit on the left, drive past Notcutts
Garden Centre.  You will approach another roundabout, take the second exit
(the Studios are signposted from here).

You will start driving up a small hill, at the top of the hill is another
roundabout.  You will see the Studios positioned on your right.
