[Klug-general] OSS Graphics Drivers

With my Geforce 2 - I had no option but to use the 96 series driver,
which only supported Xorg 1.7. Another good reason why using their
proprietary driver is annoying - the community was forced to wait for
them to implement 1.9 support.
