Is this going to be a regular venue/meeting in Chatham, as I'm not always in Hertfordshire?

Something interesting. Look at the building on street view from both sides of the road.



Yes you need to be travelling into Rochester/Chatham on the Mainstone Road/A229,  

If you are coming from Rochester/Chatham you need to go right round one of the big roundabouts for the M2 and come back (slightly)
Shows how long it takes Google to cross the road.
