Just be careful some PC builds/cases rely on the fan in the power supply to
extract hot air from the rest of the case. If this isn't there while the
PSU might be fine the CPU etc... might get a little warm.

New PSUs etc... tend to be tighter with fresh lube and fewer loose bits
(insert innuendo here) so will be quieter by default.
