[Klug-general] OTT - android status notification icons

no idea what the icon is. if it's spamming you though it's possible you've
got a dodgy app installed. I'd remove any apps you don't sue or aren't 100%
sure are legit and then see if it goes away. Or install one the android AV
apps and see if that finds anything
