Sounds like either lug.org.uk is having a few security problems or your 
email address has been crawled from somewhere like gmane and they sent 
you an email to see if the account is active.

As it doesn't seem to be a valid email I wouldn't worry about it unless 
you stop receiving any klug email obviously
