[Klug-general] Internet Shutdown Wednesday 18th

If they do then that will make people stop and think. It will also give
them something to make a fuss about next time they have a funding drive.

Do you think Wikipedia being off will stir more conversation and active
discussion than if they had a sort of holding page to explain what is
happening?
