I'll take another look at the Ashford information.
Last time I asked there didn't seem to be a direct bus.
Also buses have a habit of being slow and infrequent.
That timing and route for the 101 is downright useful.
I'll have to check on locations of bus stops and time tables.
Many thanks.
Tom

Just to say that there is a bus that goes from Maidstone (101) directly past the innovation centre and is a reasonably fast route might be quicker to move to the bus in Maidstone.
Looking again.... at http://www.travelinesoutheast.org.uk says you may also want to look at the 10X from Ashford to Maidstone (depending on where you live in Ashford) Certainly changing to Bus at Maidstone cuts 2 trains. Its going to take as long to get from Central Chatham on the Bus as it will from Maidstone on the Bus. :)

Looks good.
Incidentally I'm going Ashford-Maidstone, Maidstone-Strood, Strood-Chatham,
bus
All because the High Speed service is crap due to the Olympics.
So I may be late.
I haven't asked for a lift because I much prefer to make my own way,
that way I know who to blame.
