We may well have a new venue for KLUG meetings in Maidstone.
Please see the offer of a new venue here from the new library archives centre.
@Kev, perhaps we could follow up this one sometime in the future?

“I am assuming that you will be using PCs at the session.
Our systems manager has confirmed that you would have to have 3G or a
dongle on your laptops for use in the building. There are 6 sockets
available in the meeting room.
Thomas Place, the flats neighbouring the centre, offer The Pantry for
public use.
You say that you are a volunteer organisation, could you confirm that
this is non profit making or fund raising, as this would impact on the
arrangements for charging. We do not make a charge for community and
support groups.
The room would be made available on a 6 month basis, subject to a
service level agreement.
Did you have any dates in mind? “
