[Klug-general] KLUG Venue Doc

I've not forgotten. I am still trying to secure venues but its not going 
well, well, not unless we want to spend some money. In the past one of 
my companies would have provided some sponsorship to cover costs, 
however at the moment i am not in a position to do so. Free it is as 
subs and donations have never proved to be reliable enough.

I will continue to look and chase and if anyone has any free locations 
they are willing to help with then please contact me.
