[Klug-general] bt web address help irritation

It's sounds a familiar problem. If your local site is known working and 
pings are resolving, then I reckon it's firefox cache.
Clear cache with CTRLSHIFT-DEL
Also CTRL-SHIFT-R to reload, not just the reload button.
