[Klug-general] Restoring sql backups not all rows restoring

OK I've solved my problem - turns out I was an idiot and was looking for a
very difficult problem for what actually came down to file permissions.

however i my exploring I did find toad sql (windows only) which has a very
handy visual database compare feature. it will scan all tables in a
database and show you the differences in the data/ schema between them.
