[Klug-general] Apache Directive Context

Thank know about that one but its the multiple application of allow and 
deny with directory/location that I need to debug.

Looks like such a tool along with a visual cron schedule tool are ones I 
would love to get around and coding....

In any case pulling things apart eventually fixed it but a nice tool 
would have made things easier.
