[Klug-general] Wifi connected but no internet for selected devices

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone recognises this problem and knows what to do about it.

Some devices connect to our WIFI without any problems and function
perfectly, but other devices connect, but internet browsing does not
work, but pinging a site works.

I tried the following voodoo on the Windows machine:

ipconfig /dnsflush
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

And it worked, but I doubt it is anything more than temporary, and
wondered if anyone more knowledgeable could shed some insight please?
