[Klug-general] Wifi connected but no internet for selected devices

I agree with Alan, we once had a problem with 30 students logging on 30
laptops at the same time, for some reason they all managed to login but had
various forms of access, from no network shares but Internet working to
Internet broken but  network shares working fine.

We found around 10-15 ideal any more and problems.
