[Lancaster] Indymedia workshops

Indymedia UK are having a gathering here in Lancaster on the 22/23 
February. http://uk.Indymedia.org is a DIY newswire (text, grafix and 
streaming) which has grown rapidly over the last few years and has 
collectives in most major cities in the world. The European 
Indymedias use a java platform called MIR for the news submittal and 
serving. MIR has been built from scratch for and by Indymedia people 
and is completely GNU. There will be workshops on MIR, and possibly 
other technical bits regarding content management systems at this 
gathering.
