[Lancaster] application

Hi All

Attached is a copy of the application I have just submitted - deadline 
today.

I hope I've included what the group felt it needed.

main items were

512Mb RAM costed at around £150 - source microwarehouse.co.uk for a 
DELL Edge 1400SC server
Portable CD-RW costed at £100 ( I couldn't actually find one other than 
USB/Win for around the £50-70 margin so erred on a higher value for one 
that may be compatible with Linux)

the rest is security, consumables, signage, flyers to hold a weekend 
event aimed at younger people

let me know what you think - the deadlines gone now to change it - but 
if you had other ideas that may be applied for future finance let me 
know.

the actual spending is not absolutely critical - i.e. some flexibility 
in the budget
