[Lancaster] lancaster lug page no longer operationg

Hi Taylor,

We should very soon have access to webspace at lug.org.uk. The best address to 
use from now on will be "www.lancaster.lug.org.uk" or "lancaster.lug.org.uk".

It currently has a holding page, I'll try to get arround to doing a nicer page 
when I get the access password...

As for lancasterlug.org.uk, the domain name needs need re-registering. This is 
as far as I am concerned a waste of money since we can just use 
"lancaster.lug.org.uk" provided by lug.org.uk and this fits nicely into the 
whole lug framework...
