It works fine with the standard pdf viewer in Ubuntu, Evince 0.4.0, if
that's any help! 

(Although I admit to having a copy of Acrobat Viewer on my system,
simply because its printing facilities are better than Evince -- in
particular it allows you to print all the odd pages, then all the even
pages, which is useful for printing out books!)
