[Lancaster] Setting up as a uni society.

Ok, I'm gonna attempt to set up the LUG as a university society - this means 
we get money if we ever need it, better access to uni rooms, and we're 
allowed to poster campus.

We need 20 purple card holders to show their interest, and an application form 
filled in. I'll bring the forms to the meeting on the 5th, so they can be 
filled in and anyone who has a purple card can fill in their name.

If you can't make the meeting, then you just need to let me know your name and 
LUSU card number, so I can add you.
