[Lancaster] virtual lancaster wants a CMS designer. (mambo/joomla)

Does anyone out there have:

- a fair amount of spare time.
- some experience setting up web applications.
- a desire to help virtual lancaster (www.virtual-lancaster.net) continue to 
be a great local online resource?

The person who has been helping them set up a new CMS based site using Mambo 
(now called Joomla http://www.joomla.org/ ) has had to pull out due to other 
commitments. A lot of the work is already done, but it needs someone to tidy 
it up and get the new site up and running. If anyone can help, it would be 
greatly appreciated, as it would save the volunteer team a lot of work every 
month.
