[Lancaster] charabanc 0.3 prerelease

OK, thanks. This isn't easy for me to fix as I only have IE6 on my 
windows partition. I'll see if there's some way I can install both and 
try to fix it that way. (I tried using IEs4linux but it just shows the 
error icon without letting me click to see what's wrong)
