[Lancaster] Debian OpenSSL issues

Greetings,
In case people haven't seen it there has been an issue with the way
Debian's patched OpenSSL generates keys. This affects a number of things
including any X.509 keys and all SSH keys generated since 2006 on Debian
machines.
