Got new hard drive and put it in now a message comes up

Bad check sum (ROM)
Check system. Then press {F1} key

When I press this I am sent to BIOS the machine resets itself and reads

Intel(r) Boot Agent Version 4.1.03
Copyright (c) 1997-2002, Intel Corporation
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MOF:Exiting Intel Boot Agent.
Insert system disk in drive.
Press any key when ready....


When I do the same message appears.  Any idea's PLEASE!
