[Lancaster] events added

The events module is active if you go on the lug site and events then  
click the green arrow to move to next year
ive put our first event for feb as a test

Ill get working on this list i have and send it out and will need  
feedback on this otherwise it isnt going to work :)

plus added riks mug shot - also does anyone else have a picture or  
user profile to add
