[Lancaster] Xmas

Okay because I basically run the lug and because i run lancaster  
computers ive decided i will sponsor  the lancaster linux user group  
and will add them to my advertising campaign next year !!! im looking  
for xmas to put on a buffet in lancaster for the LUG and im open for  
where and when !!! i want to know when everybody can make it and what  
kind of food and place would suit everybody...
now i know they do like a tapas type meal at the royal at lancaster  
were i could just get a mixture to suit all
all i need is the times when everybody can make it because i dont want  
anybody miss out!!! and if any of you photographers would like to take  
some snaps for the event!

all i would need is a good date and some confirmations for the date so  
I can book it
