[Lancaster] Another web hosting query

Hello there,

Following on from Andy's ask for help in recommending a decent web
hosting company, I now have a very similar query:

Would someone be able to recommend a decent web hosting company?

Requirements seem simple enough:

* GNU/Linux-based (I think they all are these days anyway)
* At least 50GB of storage
* Access via SFTP
* rsync support

Alternatively, if you want to tell me who to avoid, then that might
help narrow down the search.

I'm currently trying to get answers from iPage and SuperGreenHosting
regarding my requirements listed above.

Any help / advice / recommendations welcome.
