Hey Carl :)

I could be totally wrong, but I believe I have seen bikes chained to
the polls as seen here: http://g.co/maps/xveq

As a smoker, I will most probably be popping out for a smoke every
now-and-again, so if you do chain your bike there, I can always keep
an eye on it.
