The issue appears to be a 'broken' UK mirror (hosted, ironically, by Canonical themselves):

It appears as though that Canonical have pulled those specific update packages from their repository - no doubt due to lack of quality control on updates meant for their LTS release :-(

You will need to flush any cached update metadata and attempt to update again - this should solve the problem.
