[Lincoln LUG] Screen Recording Software

Hi Guys

Hope you are all well.

I am fed up of writing help sheets so I am searching the internet for 
some simple screen recording software. Can anyone recommend one for 
windows (Sorry).

I just want to record full screen with audio with a small file size. If 
I can add help text without using another program, that would be great. 
I don't need to record a game I am playing or live feed to the internet, 
just demonstrate a piece of software.
