I'd appreciate this kind of effort, but we only got the venue and the 
sponsor because I told them it would be a non-commercial event! Please 
don't let it look like an commercial event as that would probably cause 
some problems.

I don't see a problem as long as you don't bring a whole stand, stacks 
of CDs and magazines.

The weekly IRC meetings will continue when we notice a growing interest 
in LLUG.
