[Lincs] multitude of sins

I agree on having a meeting in Lincoln - I live about 8 miles outside.
I don't know what ideas people have yet on venue, but there are a few
Linux users and general free/libre/open source people based at the
university, and who are also involved in the British Computer Society
Open Source Specialist Group (ossg.bcs.org.uk) who might be interested
in assisting with pulling a larger meeting together, a venue, etc etc.

I don't think I'm techie enough to give a great deal of practical input
on a LUG distro - but it sounds a good idea a possible project to pull
activity together - building on an existing one would seem a sensible
way forward to start with.

Cheers, Peter Murray
