Excellent ad! (Although I could write it a lot more succinctly in  
Ruby... ;-))

I must admit I'm surprised there's someone hiring Java developers out  
here in the middle of nowhere. Kudos!

I'll probably post this to my blog. Doubt any engineers in north  
Lincs are reading, but you never know..
