[Lincs] Test Web site

we only have two sign in's... the website itself (the blog) and the
forum, and there is no reason the username and password cant be the
same for both (mine is!)

i am aware that there are circumstances when it is not feasable but
also the 'remember me' or 'log me in automatically' function is
designed just for that problem.

however it is a good point, and obviously the number of
usernames/passwords will be kept to as few as possible
