I would not mind contributing into the website. But it needs direction  
and input from the entire lug.

If members could meet to discuss things (or just meet to hang out on  
the irc channel advertised), then perhaps it could move forward.

Is a wiki necessary. Why not a forum & traditional FAQ? I would also  
consider how many points of contact are really necessary. Irc, mailing  
list, forum, standard email etc. Only this mailing list seems to be  
used.
