[Lincs] Sept 2007 proposed date for joint meeting

Following the (limited) discussion of a joint event between the Lincs
LUG and the BCS Lincolnshire branch, I propose:

Date: Thursday 13 September
Time: 18:30 for 19:00 start (finish approx. 20:30)
Venue: University of Lincoln, Brayford Campus, Lincoln

Topic: to be decided - who is available to speak/demo and what do they
want to do? One suggestion would be an introduction to
installing/using GNU/Linux for beginners (which could include Live CD
versions etc)

After the joint event, LLUG members could retire to a nearby pub for
discussion of future activities.

Any thoughts??
