[Lincs] LLUG distro

good question... i have added a brief blurb on the website (using my
desperately failing memory) but is it still wanted? is it still
happening? are we any closer?... oh and i will look into re building a
less yellow theme if it is... but are we still thinking KDE or
something lighter?
