[Lincs] Lug theming

ok, i have had a quick go at a background idea in the dimensions from
Chris Adams... let me know what you think... be honest and
constructive... if i know what you like and dont like i can make it
better!

i have drawn my inspiration from the new website, and kept it simple
and bold, if its liked i can easily scale it to fit other resolutions
including widescreen monitors.

so... what do you think? what does it need in order to improve it?
