[Lincs] Introductions...

I'll take that one... The lug server got attacked so all sub sites
were taken off... Unfortunately we are struggling to get access back
to ours- don't feel too picked on a couple of other lugs are in the
same boat. Ricey has kindly set up an initial google sites version and
has also offered us some server space but at the moment we are
treading water.
