[Lincs] Lincs LUG: relaunch?

Any action ahs to be good action, and I know that the Lincs group has been
run on the mailing list for a fair while now.

When you get a date/place for a meet/get-together we'll try to get a few
folks over from Hull LUG to join in the fun. :)
