Hi Guys,
Re your comments on Ubuntu 14.04, I moved to Linux with Ubuntu 8.10 I
think it was, upgraded at each release until they created the Unity
desktop, which I hated. I then moved over to Debian, which is good and
stable but unfortunately is slow to move to new package releases, so a
couple of years back I moved to Linux Mint, which is based upon Ubuntu
and follows their release schedule but, in my view, has a much better
desktop.
I definitely recommend that you have a look at it, certainly the best
distro I have used.
