This position would suit someone who was enthusiastic about computer
hardware and its interaction with Linux. Apart from the routine day to day
work keeping our hardware going, the post offers considerable opportunity
to understand and deal with low level hardware issues as well as get
involved in equipment benchmarking, evaluation and procurement.
