Job Title:                  Production Systems Administrator
 
Location:                   Alphyra, Heather Road
                            Sandyford Ind. Est.
                            Dublin 18
 
Hours:                      40 per week
 
Remuneration:               Market rate, reviewed annually
                            Bonus Scheme
                            Share Option Scheme
                            Pension
 
Holidays:                   20 days first year
                            22 days per annum after first year.
 
Reporting to:               IT Systems Manager
 
Responsibilities:            
 
Staff in this position will be responsible for the maintenance,
security, and on-going development of the production systems deployed by
the Alphyra Group. 
 
This will include:
- The provisioning and deployment of reporting mechanisms to measure
system metrics, performance, management data and other information as
required.
- Organisation and execution of routine procedures to ensure system
reliability and disaster recovery.
- Monitoring system performance.
- Perform system and application upgrades as required.
- Perform second line customer support.
- Problem resolution and escalation as part of customer support.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and contracted support companies.
- On-call systems support on a per week rota
