What possesses you to think that an MS Word document is an appropriate 
means of sending details to a Linux mailing list?

Firstly you are trying to address people who are likely to be running 
non-MS software.

Secondly a mailing list is a text message medium.

I'm certain that there are people on this list who can do the job you're 
trying to fill. Given that very small amount of information in the 
document you've attached I'm also certain you've wasted a lot of bandwidth 
is a 19K document for 815 bytes of data.
