Their site is bent too. Try downloading, and you go into a loop of pages 
trying to download the JD.

If you are doing open source, should you be insisting on a proprietary 
document format? Us Open source people should be able to  download a PDF 
application form, fill it in, and return it; especially for the application 
developer role.
