below.

LINUX Network Specialist - SALARY TO £35k - Sheffield
5-10 years exp of enterprise networking in medium to large companies.
Service deployment, service testing service deployment/administration &
mentor where required. 
Skills - Unix command line familiarity (Sed, AWK, Grep, Vi, make, etc).
Installation by replication in a Linux
environment. 
Use of CVS as application deployment tool. Cross-technology troubleshooting
skills (MySQL, Perl, PHP, Java, etc)
Network maintenance: IP routing, static & dynamic. Firewall config ( eg
Linux Netfilter at Enterprise level); IPsec (Linux S/WAN):ISC bind
& dhcpd configuration; configuration of load balancing & failover
technologies (LVS, VRRP, CARP); managed switch configuration, VLAN
administration; network troubleshooting, eg traceroute, tcpdump, etc.
Service maintenance/troubleshooting; controlling access to the live
environment. Network maintenance: maintain the network structure to
support the demands of the business. 
Ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines. 

Good written and verbal communication skills. 

Nice-to-have skills (or the acumen to find out!): understanding of SMPP
protocol. Programming experience in Java Web applications. NAGIOS
configuration
Knowledge of SIP and IAX2, Asterisk administration.
